Address: 3409 Rivermont Ave. The Johnson County Sheriffs will be performing at a fundraiser for Recovery at St. John’s, a grassroots peer-to-peer substance abuse recovery program located in Lynchburg, VA. Also known as the “Raconteur Judge”, Johnston will share stories and humor from his book, “Why Judges Wear Robes,” a collection of laugh-out-loud vignettes gleaned from his 31 years sitting on the bench in Campbell County. Admission: $35/person, $50/couple. Cash bar. Tickets for the event are available at The Lynchburg Music Center on Fort Ave and Galaxie Modern on Main Street in Lynchburg.
